All guests need to check in at the security desk. The condo is located steps away from 5th Avenue and a short 5 minute walk to the beach. It's centrally located (12th Street & 20th Avenue) to all the action in the city. Close to shopping, grocery stores, pharmacies, restaurants, nightclubs, patios, ADO, OXXO, Mega and Walmart. Super convenient! A car is not necessary as everything in Playa del Carmen is within walking distance. Alternatively, you can easily arrange a car service or taxi.

The neighbourhood is a popular area for bars, clubs and restaurants. You are three blocks (300m or 985ft) to Quinta Avenida and four blocks (450m or 1475ft) to the beach. The entire downtown area is easily accessible. Popular attractions are a short distance away.
