Rates
- Our rates may vary day-by-day. Please select a period to see the exact price for your stay.
- Long term rate discounts available for 30 days or more. Just send us a message for a quote.
- Save an additional 3% of the quoted price when paying directly and not through credit card or PayPal. The discount will be applied at time of transfer. Contact us for details.
Payment Schedule
- 50% of the total amount is due at time of booking.
- 25% of the payment is required 60 days before arrival.
- The remaining amount is to be paid 30 days before arrival.
Cancellation Policy
- 100% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 30 days before arrival or earlier.
- 25% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 14 day(s) before arrival or earlier.
- 0% refundable if canceled after.
Security deposit
- $300 CAD (or equivalent in your currency) security deposit is required.
- The full amount will be reserved on your credit card 1 day before your arrival.
- The full amount will be release 2 days after departure.
House Rules
General House Rules
- Check out: 11:00 AM. Check in 3:00 PM.
- The apartment has a maximum of 6 guests with no more than 4 adults.
- Due to condo bylaws and severe allergies, we do not allow animals, including pets, service animals or emotional support animals, of any kind.
- There is absolutely no smoking in the unit.
- We cater to families, retirees, and small groups looking for a relaxing, upscale vacation apartment rental. Our condo development is not suited to groups in Playa to party excessively, as it is a quiet residential building. Plus, all of the action of Playa del Carmen is just steps away for people to enjoy and so we encourage our guests to go out an enjoy it!
Electricity Usage
- We attempt to keep things fair by including an ample amount of energy use for your needs depending on your length of stay. We ask that guests be respectful and conscience of their electricity use. We let guests choose to use electricity as they wish, with the understanding that if they turn off the AC when not in the apartment, and closing doors/windows while running AC, there’s nothing to worry about.
- During your stay, you will receive 30 kilowatts of electricity per night. This amount allows you to enjoy a comfortable vacation. For example, during a one week stay, this is enough for running AC when occupying the apartment, a couple of loads of laundry and dishes plus tv, computer, lights, electronics usage. Guests are responsible for paying 7 pesos (which is our cost) per kilowatt above that amount, though guests have rarely gone over. To determine guests' usage, the property manager will give you a reading of power used during your stay. We're happy to provide more information or address any concerns, but this.
